I just want to take a few moments to express my disgust with both Balise Chevy GMC and Buick as well as General Motors for their lack of customer service and failure to provide a quality product for the consumer. I own a 2013 Chevy Malibu with 56k miles on it. On Monday, July 31st, I made an appointment to have my oil changed on Thursday, August 3rd.
