I bought my 2013 truck last year from balise and what a headache that was. I was told 4 different prices on the truck, and wasn't able to put a down payment to hold. Finally got the truck after going there several times and agreeing too the third price given to me for the truck then had to bring it back for service a couple times for things they should of found wrong on there inspection. They did horrible job on cleaning, still have dog hair in truck and had dog footprints on back seat armrests. I will never buy from a balis... read more

This place just sucks. I'm super happy with my 2014 GMC Terrain but overall service is terrible. Just called to inquire about upgrading my stereo system and gentleman in parts department couldn't even be bothered. I told him "His enthusiasm to help me was overwhelming" then hung up on me. I've been going here for service as it's covered under warranty for oil changes and even those take 2+ hrs. I believe they are trying to improve but not fast enough!!!!!!! Not surprised at all the 1 star reviews.
THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!! I have NEVER had such a horrible experience ANYWHERE before!!! Not only did they NOT want to work with us, they went as far as telling us the vehicle we were interested in was SOLD!! AND THEN DROPPED THE PRICE ONLINE $1000 within the week!!!!
