The person who did my oil change forgot to put the air filter back on . So when I was driving my car it was making a loud noise that wasn't there before . My husband looked under the hood and found the cover off , he put it back on and it was fine. I called service got answering machine to let them know but yet to hear back.

I came to Balise yesterday when my car broke down. I was so nervous because I live out of state. They were so wonderful to me and had me back on the road in a hour or so. Great customer service

After talking via email with Nyarih for a few days I became very interested a car. She then stopped responding to my emails so I called twice and left two messages that were never returned. I called two days later and talked to Nyarih and she assured me the car was still available. I drove two hours to the dealership only to find the car had been sold three hours ago..
