It sucks. I give it 0 stars. Will never go there again for Service. Thank God for Bob Pion and Central Chev. where ppl are honest and don't rip you off and then refuse to make things right. 5 trips in for the same problem ( I don't think so) RIP OFF!!

Amazing customer service!! It was my first time buying a car and they were absolutely wonderful! Went above and beyond to help me get into what I wanted and was comfortable with! I went to 3 places prior to Balise and all were nightmares! I would recommend Balise to anyone and Ben Davis is my go to guy!! Thank you Ben and everyone at Balise for making my car experience a great one!

They don't like repeat business apparently. Pity for Balise ownership the sales process doesn't want to sell cars. They must be using a business model I am unfamiliar with.
