Scheduled service for 3 safety recalls 4 days earlier, dropped the truck off the night before the appointment. Was also interested in an oil change, tire rotation and diagnoses of an air conditioning problem. At 3:23 I received a call from the service department letting me know that they wouldn’t get to the oil change, tire rotation or air conditioner repair.
