If I could give zero stars I would. This Company is absolutely TERRIBLE. I used to be able to speak to someone locally and now I have to speak to someone across the country or someone who barley speaks English. I spoke to someone different every single day this week and every person I spoke to gave me a different answer to my problem that by the way was never fixed. Avoid this company if you can!

I received a delivery from Amerigas last night at 930pm. Yes pm. The gas is high I know due to the Ukrainian conflict, but, when I looked at my delivery receipt it was $4.76.9 per gallon. I looked on the internet for the price of propane, $2.88 in my area. I called 7 propane companies in the area, their prices from 2.43 to 2.95. I am so upset. Called Amerigas, they dropped it one dollar a gallon. From what I can tell they are price gouging. I have contacted our Attorney General to see what I can do.

What happened to Amerigas? We had service from them for six years without any issues, but this year, while they have promised multiple times to come and fill our tank, they have not followed through. Then they sent us a bill, saying that they had come, even though they had not. Now we are trying to get them to come get their empty tank so that we can find a new company, but they haven't come to pick it up. It's very disappointing and frustrating. Multiple phone calls and emails have accomplished nothing. And it would appear ... read more

What happened to Amerigas? We had service from them for six years without any issues, but this year, while they have promised multiple times to come and fill our tank, they have not followed through. Then they sent us a bill, saying that they had come, even though they had not. Amerigas Propane has the worst service I have ever experienced. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This company does not care how long you have to wait, if you have no heat or hot water. They are full of empty promises. They do not deliver when they say. This business is a total JOKE. They literally promise the truck is on the way and never show up. I paid for my propane and waited for 2 weeks for the delivery.
