Appalling service. I've been waiting for propane in an Idaho winter for three weeks. No one answers email, or twitter DMS, facebook messages, and the wait on the phone is 2 to 3 hours.

As reported by other customers, this company is not to be trusted. I too have to deal with over an hour wait times to contact customer service. When I finally am able to schedule a technician to come out, it is automatically a $200 fee no matter what the service. Last time it cost me $209 to have someone come out to disconnect my range - less than 15 minutes! As I am a senior on a fixed income, I can I'll afford this kind of fee. I currently only have one working wall heater in the house and I too am dragging around a space ... read more

I bought a house roughly a month ago that is serviced by Gordonville, Pa., I have called 3 times including today Nov. 19, 2020 asking them to come and get there 2 tanks ASAP that were left by previous owner. I wanted a date and time from the gentleman I had spoke to and he said he wouldn't be able to do that and would have his manager call me and discuss this on going issue which never happened. I want these tanks of my property, they are in my way, if I were a customer ordering gas this company would've been out right away ... read more

Worst company ever dealt with. Have issue with gas stove. Need maintenance. Every time I call the local office, even if I call the minute they open, I get a "45 to 75" minute hold message. They obviously do not care about their customers.

Only giving them one star, because I cannot give them a zero star. Wait times are near 90 minutes when calling. Was scheduled for a tank delivery on 17 Nov 2020, the tech arrived, looked at the site, and said that he could hook everything up, but would need about an hour. He was going to go put everything in the computer. He went to his truck and left, no tank drop off or anything. Tried calling all afternoon, with 90 minute wait times, that I have been disconnected from each time... email the company and still no response..... read more

Worse gas company to use . I recently moved to Florida and the pervious owner used Amerigas. We decided to keep the same company. This was the worse idea ever. We started talking to this company in September and each time we would get a different amount to service our tank. Finally in November after setting up an account with this company we thought everything would be settled. That was a joke. Do not do business with this company,!!! We have been trying to get money they owe us since September. We had been with another company but this company bought them out and it has been one nightmare after another. We had to call them several times to get their empty tank picked up. we were told the credit balance on our account would be paid 7-10 days after the tank was picked up.
