The worst customer service of any company I have ever interacted with. I bought a house and there was an Amerigas tank there from the previous owner, so I figured I would go with them for my propane needs. Big mistake!! I had 5 scheduled appointments that were all no-call, no- show from Amerigas. Every time they didn't show up I had to call to set up another service call. Terrible customer service. I called in to get our propane tank refilled and 2 1/2 weeks later they still had not filled it. The tank was totally empty (note we use it for our furnace, stove and water heater). We are in the dead of winter (30 degrees). I called 6 times and was told someone would call me back to let me know when it would be delivered. Never happened. DO NOT USE!!! I received an invoice today from Amerigas. I do not use Amerigas and cancelled any previous contact with Amerigas. In September I called Amerigas to deliver propane to my house. The came and looked my my fireplaces to ensure all was in order, but did not delivery any propane. I called after 15 days to inquire and they said it was an error on delivery. BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .... IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS, WE WOULD!! RECEIVED 2 INVOICES, THE 1ST BEING DATED 9.30.2020 & THE 2ND DATED 11.30.2020. BETWEEN THOSE DATES WE HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO REACH AMERIGAS .... Do not bother trying to use this company! I am only giving one star because zero is not an option! I called and waited nearly an hour to schedule an appointment for ******** *********(Amerigas) in ****** ****, MO to look at my propane fireplace and gas gauge on my underground tank. The customer service rep I spoke to was very friendly and gave me a date and a morning time window for my appointment. Amerigas had been my propane supplier for the past 4 years, because I thought I had to stick with the company who owned the tank. Year after year they have raised my propane rate, much higher than what other competitors are charging. When they offered for me to lock in at $2.96 per gallon for the winter 2020/21, I had had enough and switched to another company who's rate is $1.78 per gallon. I am fed up with dealing with AMERIGAS they should NOT be able to be in business. Extremely difficult to deal with in many aspects. To avoid ranting***STAY AWAY FROM this LP gas co. Just a word to wiz.

Watch out for this company. They started charging "Tank Rental" via an invoice online. This had never happened before. I sent an e-mail requesting clarification, but they haven't responded. Very Respectfully, Ken

I am the person that only gives good reviews, but I can’t bite my tongue on this one. Our equipment was purchased and installed a year ago. We use gas for heating our water, cooking and heating the house. We have had to call the company twice to get the equipment fixed because it leaked. 10/30 they came out and did a temporary repair and we were to call them back when our gas was down to 5%.
