Horrible customer service.! You will spend hours on the phone being transferred from person to person. Most don't speak English. You get different answers with each person you speak with. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

Equitable/AXA is a company that does not deserve even one star. Their services are poor! They're blatant lack of communication spells shady and gives the feeling of illegal practices going on. I as well as every other client they have it seems have real concerns about how they go about their business. I would seriously consider ANY other company before wanting to do business with this company. This company is not even worthy of one star in my opinion. EXTREMELY professional staff I had the pleasure of working with ********************** but the one manager that worked and got the loan completed was ***************************** who diligently and patiently followed through collecting all the necessary documents that were needed to get this loan approved and finished!Thank so very much for a job well done would definitely recommend you to my friends and colleagues...;)A very happy satisfied customer,*****************************

This company is the bottom of the barrel. You cannot get much worse. Cannot keep advisors, and when one is assigned to you, they never make themselves available. I had a small annuity with them, but none the less, it was important to me and all that I had. After not receiving the help I needed, I decided to roll it over to an *** with another company. This company literally "stole" over $550.00 from me, claiming it was a "transfer" fee. They actually took more from me than my initial investment with them - like I said before... read more

Terrible. Simply terrible. **************** is completely useless. Be prepared to wait ***** minutes before talking to someone. **************** does not understand their product and the online website is bugged out. Really sad and wish I never invested in their product but Idid not know better. Just a nightmare and many many hours wasted. I would leave 0/5 starts, but that is not an option. Equitable is the worst! I had to call 7x to receive a check. Each time was an ***** min wait. Every time i spoke with a representative, they said i would receive ia check in **** days. It took over 3 months!!! I had to call back to obtain a form. It was to be emailed. Again, the representatives do not follow through with what they say. Just horrible!

First of all: frivolous fees. If that weren't bad enough: Back end is incompetent. They sent me some poor lady's entire retirement savings (someone I do not know) direct deposit to my account. This is after making me go to my bank to get a letter with a wet signature to prove my banking information, and then claiming they weren't able to "verify my banking information" and had to send me a paper check that I should expect to take two weeks. *********, whoever you are, you should be even madder than me.

**************** is exactly the opposite of what its supposed to be.Called many times and got different stories each time I called Re: withdrawals. Theyre great when they take your $, but awful when you want to get some back. Dont invest with them unless you never wish to get some of it back one day. Awful to say the least.

Very hard to reach, the guy who i originally worked with never came back to my school and will not return my emails as the new guy does not want to set up an appointment with me they keep trying to get new incoming teachers
