I love staying here! The rooms are nice, onsite restaurant, great customers service and all the movie rentals you want for free well it's included in the rental price! I typically enjoy the calendar of events especially during the summer cause we stay a week and there is something for he children too do everyday and even during the winter months as well! It's a great clean family resort! Price can get up there lol but with it!
I think was a very good place to stay very friendly staff and the rooms was excellent. I would be bring my family back down to stay there.
I really enjoyed myself I had a beautiful time the people was lovely the food was good the atmosphere was awesome the room was beautiful nice and big just have a good time will come back again

We have stayed with Avista like 8 times BUT this time a lot of things in our room was torn up. Also no water to wash our feet off coming from the ocean! We had to go into parking garage to use Waterhose! The parking garage was a disaster because the elevators was torn up & the golf cart was not there most of the time for us. The sign said call Avista for service but gave NO EXTENSION so that was a disaster! NO MORE THIS PLACE REALLY HAD WENT DOWN! The front desk upon checkout was rude. Great place for being on the beach. Facility staff are always friendly and helpful.
