I have not a single complaint. I'm with my grown children and granddaughter, husband abd two family friends. Everything has been exactly as it was suppose to be. I love our stay here!!!thanks to my son Clayton Humphrey for reserving, paying and making it happen. Great place.
Second visit we have an Ocean view. Love being in ocean front side of building king room, perfect room for 2. Last time we stayed in a two bedroom oceanfront both are great. It is quiet and family friendly.

I love it here the pool and bar area is wonderful and the beach is right there so easy to get to
My first time was with my in laws last Thanksgiving and I enjoyed myself the scenery was amazing, my kids loved their first trip to the beach the hotel was absolutely wonderful I loved every minute of the time my kids and family spent down there...
Our stay here was absolutely lovely...everyone was friendly and greeted us with a smile i can say i will definitely come back my birthday weekend was awesome here

We loved our stay here! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
My husband and I always stay at the Avista and love it! Since finding this resort, we don't stay anywhere else. We stayed there again, this past week, with our family. The room was nice, the staff was great and everything was as expected. Our family was very impressed, too, and they plan on staying again, as well. You simply can't go wrong. EVERYTHING you need is within walking distance. You don't even have to leave the resort if you don't want to, because they have breakfast, lunch and dinner, with very reasonable prices.
