I'm here during off season in January and it's very peaceful, yet beautiful. Just the way I like it. Rented 3br, 3 bt, with ocean views from every room. I recommend Avista to anyone who wants a classy place to vacation!
Great place to stay best place to stay on the beach. I did the HVAC in there so I know it's great. I have stayed there a lot. Take my word on it it's a great place.

I have stayed at Avista Resort numerous times. Had my daughters wedding reception there. We have our company Christmas parties there. The place is top notch. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful. Rooms are always clean. Beautiful place I highly recommend for for vacation or any function u may have.
