We had a wonderful visit this year !! Front desk and house keepers were so nice.I have stayed here before , but this year even had a better stay. Will go back and I do wish they had more handicap parking under building .See you next year.
Manager is not s people person. When there's an issue or problem she should not be your first line of defence she turned me off right from the get go could care less why ever come back to this place very rude and not even willing to accommodate. I know sometimes it can be just one person but I sat there and listen to three other people with complains and she sat in her office and barked back at the girl on the front desk rather have the nerve to come out and deal with people themselves when I made a comment of that she come ... read more
We have vacationed here for 10 years. We love it. Sometimes unsupervised children at the pool including older children can be difficult to deal with. However that is not the hotels fault although i feel there should be someone monitoring the pool at all times. The place is clean nice accommodating and fun. We come back every year because we love it!!
Wonderful stay. Loading and unloading is a pain but overall had a great stay at Avista Resort
We rented a one bedroom ocean front condo and it was very nice, ate at the tree top lounge in the Resort, food was delicious! Staff is very friendly. I will be coming back for sure!
Nice clean comfortable rooms. Beds were awesome. Slept like a dream. Will visit again.
Couldn't have been lovelier week. The Avista is a fantastic place for a get away or a family vacation. Our room was perfect and everyone is so kind and friendly. I think they really care if you are enjoying your stay. We will be back next September! (This year was visit #2)
We've been here since Saturday the 24th & I have yet to find something to complain about! Very clean, extremely friendly staff. The rooms are exactly as they are portrayed online, wonderful views and spacious! Incredibly impressed! We leave sadly leave Saturday but we will be booking our vacation here next year as well. Avista has it all right! ��☺️
