Great location. Beware of the housekeeping, many items and $$$ went missing. Such a disappointment to an otherwise nice week.
My husband and I just stayed a week at the Avista and loved every minute of it! We have stayed there the last several years and will continue to do so. Nothing bad to say about Avista Resort can't wait to return next summer
Absolutely loved it here! Couldn't have asked for a better 1st family vacation ♡. Wish the beds were a little larger. Ended up pushing our 2 double beds together to make a large one, but that's my only complaint out of 7 days! Definitely plan on returning
My family and I had an amazing stay! Enjoyed the pool bar & the tree top lounge my only advice is the lounge needs longer hours! When people are on vacation a bar should not close at 11pm! The staff was friendly & the hotel was very clean! You will definitely be seeing us next year!!
Beautiful & CLEAN room! We stayed in #1032 from June 25th - July 2nd, 2016. Excellent all window view of the ocean & the street from the other side. Had lunch from the restaurant & the food was great, they went above & beyond for my son with a severe food allergy. Definitely would stay here again. A++ service
My family stayed here for a week! We had the best time, wonderful service!!! Everything was perfect❤️ and the facility was so nice and clean!!!! Thanks again for letting us enjoy an amazing Vacay!!

Fantastic stay at Avista ! Everything I expected and more. Walking distance to anything I wanted to see and drink lol. Great room and all the amenities. Dennis the lead bellman was a stand out from beginning to end. Just to tell a story ,my in laws where coming in for a couple day stay, I advised Dennis of their need for some assistance and he met them at the car unloaded and was walking away when my father law said you don't even know who I am.
