Loved spending time here...so close to the beach. Nice room and location.
So far... HORRIBLE! The pools are misleading. I am supposed to be married here tomorrow & have been waiting in the lobby for 3 hours waiting on my room, that still isn't ready. Was told months ago we could get early check in, to meet with the people coordinating the wedding today. Spent $200 on a room last night just an hour away so that we could be close, early check in & get our wedding plans done, as promised. As I said.. still sitting in the lobby. Still waiting. our family stayed 5/31/15-6/5/15. It was an overall good stay. When we checked in our beds were not made. Called housekeeping and within an hour they were made. When we woke up the next morning we were looking forward to having our coffee on the balcony. however, our coffee maker did not work. We informed the staff and this was never fixed. we settled with going to mcdonalds every morning to get our coffee. The first day when we got there we went down to the pool and neither hot tub jet worked.
Just spent 4 beautiful days here sad to go home but it's been amazing here staff had been very friendly and accommodating as well as went above and beyond for our needs, plus we would get fresh linens even if we haven't needed them yet. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back plus the room an view was amazing as well.
Our check in today went beautiful. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and when I returned to inquire about staying an additional night, they were as excited as we were that our ocean front room was available.
We loved it!!! Will be going back!!!!! Family fun
Terrible place! They claimed we peed the beds so they charged us $117 that because we live far away and thought we wouldn't notice or do anything about it! Do not stay here!!!
