Horrible. (1 )checked in on 7/7 -7/11 2014. Dish washer ran continuously ,commode ran continuously and the oven door would not shut. (2) my sister in law fell in the room spend entire day at Dr Care ask three people at hotel to fill out accident report was handed blank form was told I could fill it out and fax it back in (3) our keys were deactivated well we were at the Doctor had to go to front desk. To get new keys. Was told thought you were checking out

This place is a joke. Housekeeping came twice yesterday and still couldn't clean up the crumbs by the table OR THE DEAD BUGS UNDER THE DRAPES. Plus so many other reasons...
Nice hotel, we've stayed there since they opened. Bad things: checking in and out (parking area below is way to small.) Not big enough pools for that amount of people. Too much riff raff in the pool areas. Furniture is starting to get old.
Stayed at the Avista last October for several days. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, as did many friends there for a reunion. The hotel facilities were very nice, and the staff was wonderful. I accidentally left an item, and it was promptly mailed to me . Would highly recommend it and hope to be back again.
