Best place I've ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach, SC. Awesome service at an unbeatable value! I rank them 10 stars! Absolutely amazing!
Probably my worst hotel experience ever. From double booking my room, overcharging, losing our luggage... HUGE disappointment and the front am desk was not friendly. Never coming back or recommending.
We have stayed at Avista for the last several years and they have always been professional and caring. Even as my husband has been losing muscle strength over the last 2 years due to a neuromuscular disease, they have worked with us to set up accommodations to meet his needs. The only problem is the difficulty in finding a handicapped space close to the building. They need to designate more spaces as handicapped accessible.
Great resort...our room was comfortable, roomy and gorgeous. Beautiful view of the ocean. Great staff ! Happy to help with anything we neded. Couldn't have asked for a better stay...we will be back!

One of the finest oceanfront resorts in North Myrtle Beach! I give them an A+ on everything they feature, from the front desk to group reservations.
We have been staying at the Avista for 9 years. it is a wonderful place to stay the staff is friendly . It is very clean , they have a lot of things for you to do. If you have not stayed here you are missing out. So next time come to the Avista
We stay here every time we go to Myrtle. Location is great, rooms are always comfortable and the prices are fair. The in room washer/dryer combo is awful but they do offer guest laundry on the 4th floor. The higher the floor, the better! Just stayed with our 4 month old on the 15th floor and had another great stay!!!
