I cannot thank the staff at Avail enough! My daughter has a rare syndrome (C.R.P.S.) and ER trips have always been a nightmare bc most Drs aren't familiar with what she has or know how to treat it. The nurses and Drs actually listened to us and had the situation under control in no time at all. I can honestly say that there was not 1 thing I could complain about, not one! It truly is a HUGE RELIEF & BLESSING to this Momma to know that if we ever need an ER, they are there!
The hospital is very modern and upscale. The wait was nonexistent. However, I explained to the doctor and nurses that I have a chronic illness and at times, it becomes uncontrollable. I explained that I went to urgent care a week prior to stop this issue but the treatment that they provided didn’t help. RecommendedAll the staff, including Dr's and nurse practitioners are so courteous!I also love the fact that you do not have to sit for hours to get seen.

This place is a wonderful, open with lots of love, nice caring compassionate staff. They see to your needs immediately from the time you walk in and after you fill out your paperwork you are called to the exam room for care. The entire staff are just all excellent from the time you walk in until the time you walk out the building. This is a very nice facility and the staff takes way excellent care of you. My only complaint is that the temperature cannot be adjusted in a patients room. This should be rectified. Other than that, this is a first class facility and staff.
Just wanted to let all of you know that I am so Blessed for choosing you to care for me. From the minute I walked in to the moment I left four days later I was put first from every staff member there. Thanks
