My family has had the "misfortune" of needing an emergency room 3 times this year. All 3 times we have chosen Avail and have not been disappointed in our care there on any occasion. On our first visit I didn't know what to expect but it was closest to our home and we decided to give it a try. I was so glad we did. I assumed it would cost a lot more after I saw the facility and the care we got. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that was not the case. You’re not just treated as another patient, or a number; rather, they take the time to know you, your symptoms, and do everything they can to get to the root/cause of the issue. The level of empathy, care, and attention to your needs, supersedes that of any other hospital, or facility around! I’m so grateful for this hospital, and all of it’s staff!!
Absolutely the most amazing hospital I’ve ever been to. Hate that I had to go, but if I had to I am so relived the ambulance brought me here. Unbelievable Dr’s and nurses and they genuinely care... that’s what matters!! Thank you all for the care!
On vacation with our daughter and she wasn’t feeling well!! Staff was wonderful, it was clean, friendly! Everybody kept us informed of what was going on! They gave us all copies of our record to take home with us! If we ever need a a visit again this will be the place!! Thank you!!
Went for a busted chin with our 4 year old. The staff was amazing. Super nice and very fast. The facility was extremely clean and quiet. We would use this place again if we needed and emergency room.
We had a little scare today but thanking God it was just a bad sinus infection. Our little man ran fever since last night and we finally broke it at 7 tonight. I just want to brag on the new ER Avail. I pray we will not have to use it again but if we do we will definitely be back. We had the best customer service and they showed compassion for our little man. The RN Kyle Guillory was amazing!!
