Absolutely the most amazing hospital experience I’ve ever experienced!! All the Dr.’s, nurses, lab technicians were amazing. And to top it all off, a personal chef that prepared my 14 year old daughter whatever she wanted!! Cleanliness! Wow!! I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else in Lake Charles. Highly recommend it!!!❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely recommend Avail Health!! Dr. Bernauer and Hank, our nurse, were fantastic! Down-to-Earth personalities and spectacular bedside manners mean a lot, and these two men certainly have these qualities!! 😊
Yesterday I experienced the care at Avail and it was the most pleasant one considering circumstances. wonderful staff wonderful doctors! I will definitely return for any emergency situation
Back has been hurting so I decided to go to old faithful St Pats for a cat scan. Waited over an hour and there was still a crowd ahead of me , so I went to the new hospital Avail on Nelson Road. Let me tell you folks there was no waiting,2 cute nurses and one Hank Battalini (mispelled) that waited and treated us like a king !will be my new go to place,highly recommend it!
The staff and DR’s and RN’s are really nice and ask if we where ok every few mins witch was really nice. They care about the patients and there families. These also asked if I needed anything that was really thoughtful.
This place is awesome. Great Dr.
They don’t take Medicaid.
