I give them 5 stars. I was sick as a dog and I went in they started fluids, chest exray, labs, and gave me meds. Doc was amazing nurses was so nice. I will continue to use this hospital for now on. Thank Avail
We had our first experience tonight with the ER and it started kinda rough due to lack of communication. An emergency had came up but we weren't aware of it. Once they were done we were taking care of right away and we were very pleased with the service my fiancee got and the DR. was very nice and helpful and very nice atmosphere also we will be returning but hopefully won't have to for a while

This place is amazing!! All new state of the art equipment. It’s beautiful, and CLEAN!! The staff was compassionate, caring, professional and extremely nice, from the receptionist, nurses, patient care aids and the doc. I felt like a patient, not a number. This will definitely my go to place.
Dr. Bernhauer, Lindsey, Kelsey, Michael and Katharine words cannot express the gratitude I have for taking such awesome care of my sister. When I saw how good all of you did to make her so comfortable and get her feeling better my heart was at ease. We had the most amazing experience at Avail Hospital! They immediately took her to the back to begin accessing her while I finished her paperwork. The staff is took great care of her and came in frequently to make sure everyone was ok. Everyone is so kind and loving. Dr. Bernhauer, Lindsey, Kelsey, Michael and Katharine you guys are the cream of the crop! Thanks for all you did to make our experience excellent! ������
When I arrived at Avail Health, I was feeling horrible!!! The desk staff was amazing; efficient and courteous! As bad as I was feeling I appreciated their kindness. I was quickly brought to the examination room where Dr. Bernhauer and his team: Linsey, Kelsey, Micheal and Katherine immediately saw to my needs. They were kind and gentle. We just left Avail Health, my daughter was very ill, we were waited on right away, when all the tests were in the Doctor treated her ailments right away! I thank God for the awesome staff, Doctor Bernhauer, Lindsey, Kelsey, Michael and Katherine! ���
