Told a friend they don’t accept Medicare. Then told him it was going to be $500 to run test. When he didn’t have the money, they told him there was nothing wrong with him and pushed him out the door.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! I was in so much pain and felt utterly miserable. Everyone treated me like I was their top priority! Mrs. Rachel in reception was so sweet to my daughter and extremely quick getting me registered;Macee one of my nurses was so wonderful! The X-ray tech explained every scan and how each machine worked, exceeded my expectations. The NP and Doctor was attentive, fast, and very accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about my experience.
Absolutely the most nice and caring place to be seen. Ms.Katharin and Ms.Andrea G. Were amazing nurses among other staff who assisted in my care !! I will always recommend this place to everyone in the community .. Great staff and cleanliness Exceptional !!!!!
Y'all were amazing. From the receptionist, to the nurse, the lab guy and the doctor. I've never been treated so well in an ER. No judgement or lectures. They just did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of.
Took my daughter in late yesterday afternoon. Waiting time was two hours at urgent care. Went to Avail, was waited on immediately and was out before we would have been seen at other place. Extremely professional, kind, and clean!!!!
I cant tell you how i have been hurting for 3 weeks. Went to other hospital in lakecharles and they diding do anything to help me diding even check me just gave Me meds that diding do anything for me. So my sister in law took me to avil and lord they help me i want to thank Lindsey kelsey Ms kat and dr Hilliebrant cole Md. They did testes to make sure i was ok if you looking for a hospital were people care about you this where you need to be i am very bless that god bless our city with this hospital. Thanks again.
