The staff are professional, friendly, quick, and comforting! The rooms are immaculate! This is the best ER in Lake Charles hands down!!!

This place is the best. Dr. Issac Freeborn caught my mass and swollen lymph nodes after being the 3rd doctor I saw in this area. He told me to go to MD Anderson right away because I could have cancer. I was diagnosed at MD with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma stage 2a. I am very bless that this was caught early, and I was able to get on a clinical trial that involved less chemo followed with immunotherapy. Sending a big hug to Dr. Freeborn and the staff. You guys make a difference in this world. ❤️
The service, the staff, the facility was amazing. There is no other choice for me for urgent care & emergency services.
I will never go to another ER. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and clean. You don’t feel like you are in a typical ER. I had an X-ray and ct scan and was sent home with copies on a CD to bring to my doc. I was in and out within an 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend!
