I have been looking for a certain pre owned MDX and ran into one at Denville Acura. I was connected with Eric the used car mgr and from the moment I spoke to Eric until I took my MDX home, the experience I had with him was flawless!! My wife has been to Denville Acura 6 times in the past 5 months to fix 2 issues (both under warranty). During her first visit, she was told they needed to order the part. During her second visit Denville did the repair. A few weeks later the same issue occured with the same part. She set an appointment and went back to the dealer. During the appt, they told her they needed to re-order the part. This is 4 visits for something that I believe many dealerships would have taken care of in one visit. Yes. Steve was very knowledgable. He was not pushy. He offered me a deal that was acceptable. Also, Michael was very accommodating in completing the paperwork in record time; so that I could make my next meeting.

We had a very pleasant experience with Acura of Denville. From the moment we first made contact, everyone was extremely nice and cooperative. Their flexibility in price made the pain-staking process of buying a new car a lot more pleasant than our other experiences with other local dealerships. Bobby & Chris are both very professional and knowledgeable employees, answering any questions we had regarding the purchase of our new vehicle. We'd definitely recommend Acura of Denville to any future prospective car buyers we know.

This dealership and these individuals in particular have done everything I expected and more. The process was efficient, fair and informative. They get the highest score possible from me.
