Frank Florey walked us throughout our entire visit and purchase. We have never had such great customer service. He even came on his day off to deliver us the car. Mike from finance help us a great deal to achieve our set payment goals. We worked hard to find us the best rate and payment plans. This dealer, and salesman, exceeds expectations; I have purchased Acuras from Steve Victor before and keep coming back because there is never a point of contention. For example, they honored the BJ's Wholesale Club Auto Buying Program price, even though they do not participate in the program. You are treated with respect, and never talked down to, with suggestions and recommendations made in your favor. The experience we enjoyed at Acura of Denville is probably the highlight of our car purchasing history over the years. (First new car-Chevy 1957 convertible. Very helpful staff. Buying a car was a pleasure - no pressure, no making you waiting ages to get decisions, no walking off with your keys and not returning them. Pricing on new car and trade in was very fair.
