I met w/Frank Florey to get an idea of how much my 2006 Acura RL would be worth on a trade in. Frank was thorough, honest, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. He made everything from the initial visit to my driving off the lot with a new Acura so painless, and easy. He explained everything from financing, to the car, to the warranties available. I would highly recommend Acura of Denville and in particular, Frank Florey.

I got a pretty competitive internet quote for a TL from this dealership and down payment was through the trade in of my Old 2006 Honda Accord. Best experience at a car dealer. Based on my old dealer I was ready to dump Acura for another name plate. Decided to give them one more chance and this dealer kept me in the franchise. Very informative, willing to work with me, not pushy, and in the end it was a win-win situation. I am enjoying my new RDX and will definitely take it back to Acura of Denville for service.

Acura of Denville provided by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had shopping for a new car. They were very helpful, but not at all pushy. Frankie answered every question I had regarding new and pre owned models. I ended up getting a great deal on a 2014 RDX. I would recommend this dealer to EVERYONE!

We arrived at the dealership after a long trip from PA with two little kids. We were ready to purchase the car. We dealt with Frankie over the phone and negotiated pretty nice deal on a advertised FACTORY CERTIFIED 2011 Acura MDX. Frank was nothing but great, not pushy and very professional. However, we found the car to have painted back bumper, broken tail light and making horrible thumping noise when breaking. Driving wheel was also shaking during breaking . Breaks? Rotors? Steve Victor was delightful to work with throughout. He Steve Victor was delightful to work with throughout. He was able to sense my needs and was not pushy. He made excellent recommendations appropriate to my needs. He was knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend him and his dealership. I had a much less desireable experience at an acura dealer much closer to my home. I will most likely travel the extra distance if and when I need service.

I have been a customer of Acura of Denville for years. Why do I keep going back? Fantastic customer service, great prices, friendly staff and an overall great experience. I don't live that close (45 minutes), but I won't go anywhere else when it's time to get a new car. Russ in sales was extrememly helpful, courteous, answered every question that I had and was on top of every detail. I recommend this dealer to all of my friends and will continue to do so!

I had a great experience working with Acura of Denville, I am glad I decided to purchase my new Acura there and not at another dealership. Steve went above and beyond to give me a great deal on my car and to work with me to give me all the details I wanted. He continued to follow up to make sure I was happy with everything and that it met my expectations.
