Our experience with Acura and more specifically Peter Spiro was nothing short of stellar. Frank was very friendly and knowledgeable from the first test drive, and made himself available on my schedule. There was no pushy salesmanship, I got the price I wanted to pay for the car, and they gave me a very good financing deal. I would definitely recommend Frank and Denville Acura.

I went to Acura of Denville, New Jersey on a rainy day 5/28/13 only to look at cars, I had no intention of buying one. Steve Victor is the salesman I dealt with there, he had a great attitude, was very knowledgeable about the Acura RDX SH AWD, there was no question I asked he could not answer, he even gave me and umbrella. Really pleased with the service, honesty, and friendliness shown at Acura of Denville and specifically Steve Victor in Sales and Mike Fazio in Finance. They helped me secure the car I wanted at a very fair price without the need for a lot of back and forth. I visited one other Acura dealership and an Audi dealership in the area..and the Acura dealership was a completely different experience, soafter deciding on the MDX, I went back to Steve at Acura of Denville. Great service! I'll be back again.

I visited 3 other dealerships in the same area on the same day while doing my new vehicle research and I can say without a doubt that Mr. Victor at Acura of Denville gave me the best shopping experience. I never felt pressured or bullied and the overall smoothness of the sale was unlike anything I have ever experienced at any other dealership I have ever been through. Our lease was coming up on an Nissan and it was time to look for a new vehicle. Family members have had great experience with Acura in the past so we decided to see what was available. We came in only to look but ended up buying a car. Steve was pleasant, direct and honest. It was not a hard sell. We had walked out of a different dealership the week before because of the negotiation games they were playing. The car an Acura TSX speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend Steve and the dealership.

I recently bought a 2013 Acura which was a smooth process but when I went to renew my registration (had it transferred from last car) that is when all of the problems began. I received my paperwork for renewing the paperwork from the DMV and I was being charged double of what it should have been. Upon further investigating with the DMV it turns out Acura of Denville (Jackie) filed my paperwork wrong and put down the wrong weight class on the title.
