I really liked how Mary Beth responded to my quote request right away. Moreover, the quote was very fair; however, I wish the Pete was more responsive to further negotiation. I was very happy with the final product. Everything was ready when I went to pick up the vehicle.

Steve and Mary Beth were a pleasure to deal with. Luckily, my interaction with them was minimal, which implies that their service was impeccable. Far too often, salespeople are involved in the transaction, rather than being arbitrative advisors...I did not feel this way in regards to Steve or Mary Beth. If rudeness was a good quality, I would recommend this dealership very highly. I submitted an Internet Lead to 3 different dealerships and their initial response was fine. (It was probably automated) Once I actually started conversing through email, however, boy did it turn. The person I dealt with (name withheld as I do not want to jeopardize her position. Please avoid this dealer! The sales team here is terrible and the only thing they care about is their commission, not the customer. I had actually purchased an Acura RDX from another dealer and went to Acura of Denville because I relocated and this was now the closest one. When I walked in they were eager to help me until I told them I did not purchase the car here that is when their attitudes completely changed, they refused to help me!
