The experience we had at Acura Denville was great. The facility was very well kep and the staff was very preofessional and attentive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants courteous and friendly service.
Steve greeted my wife and I as we entered the showroom. He took his time and described the features of the vehicles we were interested in. Neither of us felt pressured at any time. He allowed us to test drive the vehicles we were interested in and left the decision of which vehicle we preferred up to us, even after the initial price we were offered was not in line with our expectations. Steve patiently worked with us in an attempt to reach a compromise on the price and he succeeded.

I hate to buy a car, but when I walked into the showroom I hate to buy a car, but when I walked into the showroom I was promptly greeted by Steve Victor. After telling him I was interested in the RDX and MDX he explained eac h car in detail. He was very knowledgeable and after test driving both cars, I decided to get the MDX. Frankie was very personable, reasonable, honest and easy to deal with. I was getting rid of an older Infiniti I 30 and knew I liked RDX vehicle. He provided us with a fair price.
