Working with Steve to purchase a new car was the most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. He was friendly, helpful and treated us with respect. He took the time to help us with all the techie gizmos in the RDX. We are very technology challenged. Steve was very patient. To sum it all up in a few words... Steve delivers customer happiness!

The staff was rude, taking a phone call and filling out a form as my wife and I sat and watched. I signaled him more then one time to stop the call and continue with us. He didnt. I made thee calls to the dealership to two salespeople. None were returned. I asked a salesman if he can give me a better price then his first offer. He came back with a higher price. This is the THIRD Acura RDX I have leased from Acura of Denville. The service department is wonderful. The people there are friendly, and get you in-and-out quickly. You also get an appointment right away. The sales people I have dealt with know their stuff, are honest, and never pushy. This time, I had Frankie Florey. I usually detest the experience of leasing a new car and negotiating with sales people but Acura of Denville made the experience surprisingly pleasant. From the second I walked in it was a very smooth and stress free experience. Peter Spiro, our sales associate, was very helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Very easy purchase. I received a price over the internet that was way below the list or list plus junk I didn't need price at other dealerships in the area. Steve Victor was professional and accommodating. Final handoff was quick and easy Michael Fazio expedited financing and got me a better than Honda Finance rate. Car is an MDX advance and I'm loving it.

Steve in Sales was terrific. Easy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the product and inventory, honest, straightforward and dedicated to support a sale. The only problem I had was with the Business/ Finance function. My check was from a recently merged bank and the Dealership bank, Valley National refused to process the check. My bank assured me that the check would clear but even after multiple phone calls I was made to obtain a Cashiers check.
