My husband and I went in for a trade in. Everything went pretty smooth the salesman Peter was cordial along with Michael they reassured us we were to a great trade and getting a "good" vehicle. Searched online and the best offer, most courteous, non-BS, quickest response was from Acura of denville. I purchased a TL ten years ago, thought the service was good but this new team far surpassed it! I purchased a car on October 17th and have yet to receive my registration. The car has been un-drivable since November 5th. I was lied to by the finance manager Mike, telling me the car was register so keep driving it. And Eric the used car sales manage could not have been ruder. I would never buy a car from these guys again and would strongly recommend you not to due business with them. They are what you think of when it comes to the reason car dealers get a bad name. They would do anything for a sale.
The whole team I met and dealt with at Acura of Denville were amazing. A friend recommended I check them out for a used car. They did not have a huge selection but what they has was quality and great customer service. Mark is who I mostly dealt with and he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process.
