I have had Acuras for over 20 years. I developed a problem with my 2003 TL and dropped it off at the dealer. I asked for a "loaner." He did not have one, after the weekend I asked again, they told me I needed three weeks notice to get a "loaner." I can understand not getting a loaner for normal maintenance, but, this was potentially a big problem. Actually it cost $5500 to fix it, so I decided to get a new car. I have been a repeat lease customer for this location for the past 6 years and I've always had good service but the process and experience was exceptional this time around. It is obvious that the entire staff is very customer centric and they make you feel valued whether or not you are working with them or with their peers. Also, this was the fastest I've ever had a new lease processed from beginning to end. Truly exceptional -thank you!

Just a great experience. Called Pete and requested availability of two models. TSX and TL. White was the color of choice. Got back to me the next day with price that was great. Thanks to all at Acura of Denville. The TL will be enjoyed for the next three years.

The overall buying experience was good. The Sales The overall buying experience was good. The Sales Associate, Vinnie Trabucca, was very nice and helped us through the delivery process. The MDX that we bought is great and looking forward to enjoy a very long road trip this Summer.

We were very impressed with the attention we received from Acura of Denville. Our initial contact was with Mary Beth and very thorough. Once inside the dealership we spoke with Steve who was the ideal salesperson speaking to us, not at us. The sales process went very smooth and appreciated Steve open, consultative approach.
