My options for available cars (new and certified per-owned) and financing (purchase for lease) was explained thoroughly, and my sales associated was able to work with me to determine the best option for my needs. He was very attentive, and I believe was able to work with me on pricing. My experience at Denville Acura was for the most part exactly how i thought it would be. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. I could relate to him on many levels given his age and experience. I gave the highest ratings above with the exception of a few due to the fact that i did not see the base package of the vehicle i was going to lease. From my very 1st inquiry about a vehicle, my experience with Acura of Denville was outstanding. I requested an ePrice on an Acura MDX. Within 5 minutes of clicking the submit button, I received a follow up call from Mary Beth. While the call came quickly, there was absolutely ZERO pressure on making a purchase or a decision. We had a great experience working with Steve Victor when we went in to test drive the new 2013 ILX. We were not expecting to leave that day with a car but ended up driving it home. Steve was very patient as we worked out issues with our insurance company and got everything settled. He took us for a test drive and had all papers ready to go as we spoke with our insurance company. He walked us through the entire process to make sure everything was handled. All went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with our new car.

I requested an E Price which Mary Beth Andrikanich provided along with a link to the available inventory. I had been negotiating with other dealers so I knew that the E Price was extremely competitive. I then arranged to come in later that day and Mary Beth turned me over to Gregg Schneider who answered my many questions and I finally selected the color I wanted. This was my first experience with buying pre-owned car. I have visited well known dealership but the way I was treated I had to walked out with bad impression about to buy used car. But I was proven extremely wrong after visited Acura of Denville. What a experience customer service with relax atmosphere to deal with. I know I am not easy to deal with but the salesman and the staff made my buying effort very easy.
