My husband and I went into the dealership expecting to drive home with a 2013 RDX and our expectations were met. We were not pressured or forced into making a decision and found our salesman to be very courteous and patient. The finance manager thoroughly explained all of the paperwork to us. Overall we had a great experience at Acura of Denville and would highly recommend it.

Acura of Denville provided me w/the best price for my 3 year lease on my Acura 2013 RDX. The vehicle was delivered on time as promised, & their entire staff was very professional & polite. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease an Acura.

Updating my prior post--I would be remiss in no calling out Mary Beth internet managere and Mike (finance manager for their friendly and efficient services. I first got in touch to the dealership through Mary Beth via the web. She was responsive and atentive without being in the least bit aggressive. I closed the deal with Mike, and he was very accomodating, not only in going through all of the extended warranty, Lo Jack, etc. options but in setting up apointmnents, shaving a buck or two off here and there and otherwise walk... read more

I would definitely recommend this dealer. Everyone is very friendly and costumer service was excellent! They worked with me to get to a reasonable payment amount I could afford monthly being a recent college graduate... It was a very pleasurable car buying experience! Thank you :)

The sales folks and finance team were friendly and helpful without being high-pressure. Sure they wanted to sell you a car, but that's their business, right? They knew their stuff about their cars and that of their competition. They were competitive on price. I could probably have shaved another $500 off if I wanted to dicker over every option, but that's not who I am. Everyone's gotta come away with something. Acura of Denville was great. They gave me a fair price for my trade and treated very well. They did not have the Acura MDX in stock with the features I want in White so Peter got my the car I wanted in White in just a few short days. Peter spent a lot of time showing me my new car and explaining everything to me. Lincoln lost a loyal customer to Acura, a far Superior car. My son and I am now proud member's of the Acura of Denville. Family now and for years to come.

It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership overall. Everyone was very helpful. Pete did a great job of continuously following up with me, locating my vehicle, acclimating me with the features of the vehicle (even though the dealership had closed for the night) and making sure that my experience was positive.

This dealership gave an Internet quote without hesitation. Other dealerships, such as East Brunswick Acura, state clearly online they will provide a quote but when they call you, they refuse to give you a quote -- saying their policy is to not provide quotes over the phone or email. Not only did Denville provide a quote, they provided a breakdown of all costs -- destination, documentation, tax, title, registration, tire, and other fees.
