Leased a 2012 TL. Pete responded to my presales questions that I had after my initial visit in a timely way including the details of the lease cost so there were no surprises when it came time to sign. He was very professional and at no time did I feel the "what can I do to sell you a car today" pressure typical from some dealerships.

Steve and Mary Beth were a pleasure to deal with. Luckily, my interaction with them was minimal, which implies that their service was impeccable.
