Excellent, courteous & professional customer service. Acura of Denville was the most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. Thanks to an outstanding sales representative, Dilip, and the new sales manager, Eric, I was able to purchase a beautiful Acura TL without any stress. Dilip could not have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable of the process. He kindly explained anything that I addressed. I strongly recommend others to seek his help when purchasing a car. i had a great experience with acura of denville. thank you dilip for making my first car buying experience as easy as it could be. you were very accomodating, going out of your way to pick up my father from the train station. you communicated well about the status of my car, when it was coming in. paper work was ready when i came in. and you did a great job with the follow up and helping me get in touch with the right people. thanks again.

I was shopping for a used vehicle for my son and came across a used Sonata. The sales person was not "pushy" and ask if we would like to take the car for a test drive. We drove the car and liked it. It was the perfect vehicle for him and the price was not that bad. He came back with a price that we could afford. We went back two days later to pick it up and he went over all the options and features the automobile was equipt with. We praise not only the dealership but our sales rep too. Each person I spoke with, not only the two dealers, but various employees that answered the phone were very responsive and prompt. Even if they were not my dealer they went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered and my issues were resolved. A good example is when I came to pick up my plates, even though Mike was not there, another representative quickly found my plates and put them on, making sure I was not delayed.

I would definitely refer someone to this dealership not because of the dealership itself but for the outstanding salesperson that assisted me Mr. Dhillip. He came highly referred from a family memeber. He was detailed, accomodating, friendly and consistent in providing excellent customer service. In closing my deal I didnt feel like a just another customer..I felt like a client, one who would come back for future service. Thank you Dhillip for your excellent service!!!

i started shopping for a new rdx tech awd two weeks ago, first went to springfield acura. i will never be back to that dealer again, the price negotiation took too long and the final price was not good at all, also they were telling me that they could only do a good price on a 2010 rdx, which i found out that they didn't have anyway. i called bridgewater acura and denville acura next. the person i spoke with at bridgewater acura did not get back to me until 6 hours later, Michael at denville gave me an amazing price after on... read more

I have always been a loyal acura owner. In the past 10 years I have probaly owned 4 Acura's and have always been happy with the experience. almost all the previous cars i have owned came from my local dealer in WAYNE.It seemed like every time I went back to buy another car I had to deal with a new salesman.There always seemed to be a lot of new employees,and every time it took forever to get a price from anyone.My time is important as I work full time and also have a family to take care of. We were looking for a specific used vehicle, vw, jetta. After seeing one on the lot and inspecting the vehicle, Gary came to us. We test drove and discussed the vehicle with him. We were very satisfied with the condition of the vehicle but the price was a little higher than we wanted. Gary worked with us. The price was still higher than we wanted but after researching other places we knew that this car would sell quickly and needed to make a decision. Gary was very polite and patient. The deal went very smoothly.
