I have a Nissan Altima SR and always being served with professorial care service.
Chandler Nissan has great Sales and Service staff, but there parts department is a whole different subject. I can never get anyone on phone, I asked to speak to there manager and to my surprise he doesn't answer his phone either. I'm planing not to do business with there parts department in future.
I appreciated the efficiency with which they completed my service since I had my 2 year old with me. There were also no attempts made to sell me things that were unnecessary.
I recently purchased a new car from Fred. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not a high pressure sales guy. He even came in on his day off to help me.
Nothing good! Have to replace my transmission and it's costing me $4000 ! This car isn't worth that!

Overall, the experience at Auto Nation has been very very pleasant and professional. Frank Navarro has been excellent, in the sale and the follow through. I would give him a 10, not pushy, very straight forward, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are Satisfied. If your in the market for a Nissan, I highly recommend you visit Frank at least for a consultation.
Rick and Megan were very helpful in getting me into my new car. Definitely would recommend talking with them. Went there upset about my old car but those to had me leaving there more than satisfied.
