Great buying experience. Went to the dealership, met salesman Billy Nitzschke, described my "used vehicle" search requirements and was happy that he was able to locate a one previous owner - Nissan Certified - 2012 Nissan Rogue within my requested mileage/price limits. Vehicle test drove well and is in very good condition, Received a fair offer on my trade in and felt no need to haggle. Bought it. Very pleased with this purchase and the resulting driving experience.
Sales team was exceptional and friendly specifically D'andre and the used car sales manager! However, Being a first time new car purchaser I wish there was more clarity provided to ensure trust in the purchase from the finance team, rather than what felt like a push to make a sale

Never been to AutoNation Nissan Chandler in person, but their Internet Sales Manager, Dylan Johnson gave us the best car buying experience we've ever encountered! The entire process took almost a week over the phone and internet. Even though we didn't buy the car we were originally interested in, he found us an almost identical vehicle that was in better condition and had a better warranty. I have been a good customer for 9 years, bringing my Nissan Sentra, which I bought here, to this dealership for all the maintenance and today for the second time, my car was ready in excess of 45 minutes and nobody came and told me. I was sitting in the waiting room! This is unacceptable. I don't expect to be treated in this dismissive way. I am going to post a BAD review on Yelp.
