AutoNation Nissan asked us to fill out a review so I will do so. Our experience was what all of us dread when we have to interact with a dealership: taking a long time to drop your car off in the service department, attempts to nickel and dime you for every little charge that you'd never pay at a quality repair shop, and incomplete information and a protracted visit just to pick up your car. From the beginning my experience with Auto Nation Nissan in Chandler has been excellent. Purchasing the car was a breeze. I knew what I could afford and the Sales and Finance staff helped me find the right car. My service advisor, Ian has been there every step of the way with regular checks as well as helping me prioritize repairs when I was unable to get everything needed done in one visit due to cash flow. Really love this place and highly recommend it!
We have stayed with this company since they were Brown & Brown Nissan and will continue buying and leasing from them because of Patrick and their service team.
