Dealing with the service dept. has always been more than easy, convenient, and timely. My adviser Pat has always been honest and forthcoming; clearly explaining both any problems and giving correct repair advise. Their pricing has been fairly comparable to non dealer pricing especially when the greater experience working on Nissan vehicles is considered.
My overall experience was great with Nissan! My mother has purchased numerous vehicles from them, so we called to let them know we were coming in and they greeted us outside. As we all know buying a car is a hassle but they made our experience much smoother! Thanks Nissan
While the acquisition and financing went quite well, the promise to repair a chip in the bumper seam appears to have gone south. After several phone calls and emails I have received no word as to when (or if) you intend to make the repair (per your promise to do so). This is a brand new 2017 370Z Sport Tech - I doubt I'll be doing any future business with you folks. You're quick to sell, but hedge on any promise to make things right.
