I recently purchased a new 2016 nissan frontier sv and it was the best car buying experience I have had probably ever. My sales consultant Joe Vasti treated me exceptionally, as did everyone else I came into contact with that this place. I left feeling great about my new purchase and had a full understanding of what exactly I was paying for and what these great warranties are protecting.
Went to buy our 5th Nissan in a row and may now be leaving because of our experience here. Was given a deal and we're ready to purchase the car today, however when we called the salesman today he told us that deal no longer existed. We had tried several times to get ahold of the salesman and calls were not returned. When he pulled the offer he didn't seem to care that we were walking. Maybe they don't need loyal customers. Did not feel like a typical car buying experience we have had in the past with Nissan.
Brought in vehicle due to dead battery. The battery was still under warranty. They were able to replace same day, a bit of a wait but their waiting area is awesome.
I go to get my oil changed and then the car gets washed. Did not purchase my Nisson here at this dealership. Everyone here is always nice and accommodating. Inside is clean and theres water and coffee. Never had a problem
Very disappointing experience. Seemingly nice people but they won't stand behind their deals. Shook hands with the sales manager on the number he offered me (told me the GM really wanted my business!) and was filling out the sale paperwork when he came to apologize for a "math error" that meant $400 more to me. Best he could do was offer a couple of oil changes as comp. Those are expensive oil changes!! I'm not from Arizona but where I come from a handshake seals a deal. Not at this place. After dealing with another dealership who advertised one price but changed that when we got there, we walked into Autonation and was greeted by our salesman Frank Navarro. From start to finish he was great! Very professional and helpful! Smooth and simple buying process. In and out in less than 3 hours! Unheard of when buying a car. Highly recommend their team!
