They are awful!!! We have seriously brought our fan here so many times. Why do we go back....oh because they have ruined our NEW van!!! Nothing like finding a pile of screws in your door panel! They have cost themselves over $1k in damage they did to our van, smashed our bully dog programmer, cracked our windshield, broke our floor vents, put a crack in my back door (they didn't even tell us about the last two!) Had a terrific experience with AutoNation Nissan Chandler. Our sales associate, Mike Roberts, was so considerate and helpful. We were purchasing a new vehicle for our granddaughter so it was an exciting time for the family. We bought our Nissan Altima almost a year ago and have been pleased with AutoNation Nissan of Chandler. From the salesman who sold us the car, to the service department last week. Last week we had our car in for some minor service items and they assured us they would stay until the problem was fixed, even if it meant staying late. They were polite, friendly and kept us informed on the status of the repairs. We will definitely being staying with Nissan, and will continue buying from AutoNation Nissan Chandler.
Fabian Lozano was my sales rep. He made my experience smooth and so easy. We arrived and were immediately greeted by Fabian who had me test driving in no time!! I choose my car and the whole process was done very quickly. The finance rep was super quick with my paperwork. I was driving home very happy in my new 2016 Altima. Worst dealership ever dealt with. Tried using costco auto buyers program and was told it wouldn't save me anything. I was contacted by costco about a week later to see how my purchase went. When i told them it didn't save me anything they were shocked because they have pre-approved discounts set with car dealers that are involved with the program. Costco then asked for name of salesman and i was told he was not even authorized for their sales. Tried contacting manager but never even got a returned call..I have since had fami... read more

5 service advisors on duty sitting at their desk not waiting on anyone and the one I need (Jason) is no where to be found. When he showed up 30 minutes later he waits on the guy behind me first. Why can't the other 4 sitting on their butts help out!! I have bought many Nissans from this dealership and you will never see me again!!!
