I spent near 8,000$$ on a new Transmission and timing chain on my 2005 Nissan Xterra. It is having the SAME issues it had prior to this expensive replacement. I had been assured that this would fix the issue after they supposedly did a 120$ diagnostic. I had gone out of my way to take my vehicle to the "Nissan Experts". I called the Service manager today and he has not returned my phone call. I would expect better customer service considering the amount I just paid. I am feeling completely ripped off!
I had such a fun car buying experience here! The staff was helpful and really did try to give me the best deal. I'm loving my new Altima and glad I decided to stop in!

I had been in a car accident and totaled my car, I needed something as soon as possible because I needed to get to work. I don't have much credit and I was worried that I wouldn't be approved and Megan spent several hours finding the best car for me at the most reasonable amount that I could afford. She was extremely helpful, was not pushy and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend.
