Do not come here! They literally stole from me. The service is the worst and the 3rd party vendors are in ethical. I escalated appropriately and I got too bad so sad and I haven't even had the vehicle for a year and had several incidents of unethical behavior amongst other things. You are better off going elsewhere as the third party service, management and sales team have lied and am truly appalled.
Well I waited to long to do the survey because I was waiting for them to send me the sticker from the car I bought. I never received it. The sales guy was nice but he didn't follow through obviously lying that he sent it. The manager was your typical arrogant shyster and the finance guy was a real wise guy. I had an uncomfortable feeling about the whole thing and still do. I would not recommend Nissan Auto Nation to anyone. I dread having to go back there for oil changes.
These guys are awesome. Super friendly. Easy to get my car serviced. Pat is the best service guy!
I've had nothing but poor service and support from this AutoNation dealership. We purchased a new car 9 months ago from this dealership and have had nothing but poor communication, lies, incompetency, etc... I can't wait to be rid of this car just so I don't have to deal with this dealership again.
Billy was great! Everyone needs to go town and see him! He was very helpful and made this the easiest possible process. Everyone we interacted with at the Chandler location was kind and knowledgeable. Billy went above and beyond our expectations and continues to do so.
I've been bringing my Nissans here for service for years, and today was just terrible. While waiting for my car to be done, I witnessed several mistakes be made by the staff at the cashiering desk (giving people the wrong keys, losing paperwork, etc). When my car was done, my service advisor gave me the paperwork and told me all was good - only to find out when I read it that my tires need to be replaced, brakes replaced, alignment is off, etc. After paying, the cashier couldn't find my key, and assumed the car was being was... read more
I have always loved this dealership! Honest people! It is the only place I like to get my car serviced. They even wash the car for me no matter how little I get done. I made sure we bought my mom's car here and we were completely satisfied!!! They don't use hook and bait like some other Nissan dealerships in The Valley.
