Very satisfying experience. The salesman was knowledgable and took the time to explain all the features to me. If and when I need another vehicle Autonation Chandler will be first on my list.
They spent about 3 hours on a simple scheduled oil change and a loose center console. They told us the console was "not covered under warranty since it was after-market", but we purchased brand new from a certified Nissan Dealership with that console. I'm not sure if the poor review is for the dealership itself or for Nissan in general, since the parts they install into their cars should be 100% covered under warranty before the 36,000 mile limit.
