My husband brought our vehicle in for an oil change, tire check, and service a few days before leaving for a big road trip. We wanted to make sure our vehicle was in order for a long trip. I had to take my car into the dealership for a recall. I made an appointment a week before with Julio. Took in at 7am and he wasn’t there. The gentleman that helped me ( sorry didn’t get a name- had a white shirt on) was very nice. This was the first time going to this dealership. Picked up my car at 3 pm. Some guy asked if I was picking up my car and handed me my paperwork and took me to the cashier. Never met Julio. I have always had a great experience with AutoNation Chandler. From purchase to present day Service with our 2015 Nissan Sentra. I really have no complaints regarding purchase or Service with AutoNation. I will continue to have our vehicle serviced at AutoNation. Again my experience with AutoNation Chandler has always been great.
RecommendedService dept staff are always pleasant and attentive when I arrive for appt. Blake accurately explains plan and repairs are completed within determined time frame. Waiting area is very accommodating.
Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to give us what we wanted. They were very patient and did not try to rush us into making a decision. Gave us a fair price on a trade in. Offered us extras but did not push them on us. Got us the best financing available. They checked other locations to see if they had the color we wanted and had it brought to us. Very pleased. This is second car purchased from them and we will be back . Service center is also very good .
We bought my new 2018 Nissan Rogue in June and the experience was good. So good that the following month we went in to discuss a new 2018 Nissan Sentra for my husband. We got to finance and that's where the deal tanked -- we walked out and no deal. To make matters worse, we receive a check in the mail today from the MVD because the dealership cancelled our plate. nice service when you have a appointment not a long wait
I brought my Murano in for a recall as well as a problem. They fixed the recall and quoted a joke of a price on a car that is 8000 out of warranty on a car to fix. I sent head quarter a complaint about the fix. No reply. But the best part was after I picked up I had to have a jump. As they unhooked my battery to do the recall but didn't correctly reconnect the cables. So I was stranded at the airport in a parking garage. Nice work! Does no one care about they way they do there jobs any more.
