RecommendedSalesman Francis goes out of his way to assist you to make the deal work. Joseph the financial guy should go back to customer service school. He is arrogant, demeaning and unable to connect with the purchaser. He could be the reason the customer nixes the deal. If I purchased another car at automation, I would refuse to interact with Joseph. Just because you are in Finance doesn’t mean that you should be so arrogant

Nice service but in my opinion I think there is not way you going to make a purchase over 10. 000 and there is don t even a penny to negotiate, is a bad way to make busnies, but is what it is. Also the financial girl insist to much in sale a repair plan! Really! we got a 21 000 car, we expect no to broke in a while but she insist and insist again, I feel bad to turn her down!
