We arrived this morning to pick up my mother’s car that was getting service done. Nationwide insurance ended up not covering the repairs so we paid for the work that was done. When we get in the car the dash and all of the dirty parts were lying in the front seat and floor board dash panel as well. The trunk panel and parts were all lying in the back seat and trunk as well. We rented a car to drive 3 hours to pick up the car and now have to go back to Show Low and make another special trip to pick up the car. Very disappoint... read more

Great place to buy a car and the Service Department is amazing! Especially Blake Stebbins. Blake is the 3rd Service Advisor I have dealt with at Nissan. I am on my 3rd Nissan now and will always buy Nissan. Blake is always helpful and explains everything. I went in the other evening to get a new blinker bulb and he was able to schedule my oil change and tire rotation at the same time. He was actually leaving work for the day but stayed long enough to get me set up for the blinker bulb replacement and service at the same time... read more
Needed a compressor on my a/c took great care of me and my vehicle

Fabulous customer service by our salesman, Kevin! He took the time to bring a car to us across town when we couldn't get down to Chandler to see it. Because of that, I'm now the proud new owner of a Nissan Murano! The car was an excellent deal, too. If you are in the market for a car, go see Kevin at Auto Nation Nissan in Chandler.
