The service advisor Jennifer declined to have a technician look at my vehicle because the dash is rattling because I couldn't reproduce the sound while sitting in their parking lot. 7am Saturday appointment for nothing. Her only resolution was to leave the car and they would 'try' to get the rattle Monday morning, meanwhile I wouldn't have a car to get to work. Rattle is still there, while under warranty.
