The service advisor didnt know what he was doing, after my car got finished it wasn't ran through the car wash and I said something about it and he stated to me you never told me you wanted it. I stated back to him it should be an automatic thing unless the customer says no. He also stated well our dryer isn't working and I said thats fine it will dry on the highway.
