RecommendedService department always has really nice people. The only problem I have is they are constantly understaffed which sucks but it's life. I would still recommend.
I highly recommend Auto Nation. It had great staff and the deal was fair. Overall a very good time and the building was clean, they were very helpful, from the sales person to the credit person they were very professional. They made it very easy to purchase the car and had a straight answer when asked about price. Great time. Would recommend.
Terrible customer service. I brought my car in for service. I was told it would take 2 hours. At end of day my car still hadn't been serviced. I left without anything being done.

This place is the greatest car dealership I’ve ever been to, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to come here. The service department is excellent and everyone here genuinely cares about creating a great experience for anyone who walks through the doors.
I recently bought my first car, a used 2015 Nissan Sentra. It had a few issues, so I brought it in to get fixed under warranty. Tylor was super helpful, he kept me in the loop while my car was in the shop, and made sure all my concerns and questions were answered. Thanks Tylor!
Recently bought a 2020 Altima. Billy was so helpful and just an all around good guy. Everyone in finance was helpful from David Harmon to Eric Torres. Victor Zarate has an awesome team. It was quick and painless, and they treated me like family.
Michael Hauserman was so helpful. I first spoke to him on the phone where he listened to exactly what I wanted and needed in a new car. As soon as I got to the dealership, he showed me a few of the new Rogues with different options that we talked about over the phone. He was knowledgeable and very friendly throughout the entire process and I left with a new car that I absolutely love. I would highly recommend working with Michael when looking for a car.
